Assures all dental codes and procedures are correct and entered in (Dentrix). Discusses the treatment plan with the patient.
Schedules all follow up visits associated to complete the treatment plan and the next recall visit. Acts as a backup for Patient Benefits Advocate when necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Clinical Director of Oral Health, the Supervisor-Oral Health, Director, Oral Health, DA Team Leader and the Dentist.
